We want you to feel part of the community and part of The Academy staff from the day you arrive. We will communicate with you frequently before hand, and even arrange a face-to-face, pre course meeting to address all the little details and answer any questions you might have.
24/7 Backup
Once you’re in Jasper, we will provide full 24-7 back-up support. The Academy of International Sport frequently has thousands of clients abroad at any given time, and as a result, we employ a full time team that will be able to deal with any situation both in Canada and in the UK.
Insurance
We also offer our winter sports instructor trainees travel insurance that has been specifically designed to meet their requirements and to cover the cost of the course in full. Click here for more details.
Financial Security
We hold an Air Tour Operators Licence (ATOL). These licences are issued by the Civil Aviation Authority to companies or individuals with proven experience and sound financial backing. These licences are a legal requirement when offering packages that involve travelling by air.
